About Us

Welcome to 123 Grow Daycare, our journey began in 2016 with a single mother who intimately understands the challenges of balancing work and family! At 123 Grow Daycare, we go beyond conventional childcare services. We are committed to creating everlasting bonds with families in Rochester that support our entire community.

Inspired by the West Ed Program for Infant and Toddler Care, our responsive, relationship-based curriculum focuses on strengthening total development. Our goal is to guide children in identifying, processing, and appropriately handling their emotions. We believe in fostering exploratory learning and life experiences to strengthen cognitive, emotional, mental, and physical development. Philosophy: At 123 Grow Daycare, our dedication lies in fostering an atmosphere that promotes self-expression, healing, and supports the independence and growth of each child in our care. We stand ready to provide unwavering support systems, recognizing the challenges faced by families today, extending beyond the classroom.

Early math concepts are woven into the daily routine at 123daycare. Through playful counting during diaper changes, and patting to the rhythm of a lullaby, infants will be exposed to counting daily

Unlock the artist within, at 123Grow! Our creative arts program allows infants to exercise small motor skills while manipulating various mediums. From colorful paintings to shaving cream finger painting, we encourage individuality and creativity. Through experience, we hope to strengthen the bond between students and arts expression.

Our language arts program sparks a love for words, stories, and communication. Through interactive storytelling, Nap Time stories, and language-rich activities, pupils develop vocabulary and pre-reading skills. We create an environment that supports early literacy and healthy communication.

At 123daycare our Tiny tots are budding scientists. Through water play, color mixing and gardening our young scientist engage with the natural world. Our students are given journals to share stories and exciting news with care givers. The journal creates a safe private way to communicate with caregivers, even when they're not available. There are multiple areas in different class rooms that offer privacy for stressful moments

Our preschool scientists are expert experimenters! Some of our favorite projects include gardening, and our STEM projects. We love digging worms from our garden and adding our scraps to the soil!

Our Preschool Sprouts are encouraged to use different art tools to create their master pieces daily! We have painted rocks we have collected on nature walks, sticks that have become autumn wreaths and even our backyard gate. Your preschooler will be encouraged to create whenever inspired to do so!
