I'm Roslyn Astacio I have had the pleasure of fostering nurturing and caring for children in the inner city for over thirty years! I believe every child is important and special and should be treated that way. I am first aid and CPR certified, I have a CDA in childhood development. I've worked with children from 6 weeks old to 12 years of age some with special needs medical and or physical. I have built friendships with the children and parents and continue to be in contact with them. If you are looking for nurturing quality in home childcare that fosters learning social skills and focuses on each childs cognitive development, Children of the light is the place for you!

Hi,
I'm Ms. Felicia I have been working with children for over seven years. I grew up in a licensed daycare and have loved working with children since. I even maintain friendships with the children my mom cared for in our home! I started in high school volunteering at elementary schools then continued on at the YMCA. Now I have the pleasure of working with my mother in our very own licensed daycare. I enjoy going on field trips music time and arts and crafts. My favorite is challenging the childrens imagination. I believe our children are our future and I'm proud to be helping create a better tomorrow!
